At Torfela, we stand behind the quality of our work with clear guarantees and fair conditions that protect both our clients and our team. All gardening and landscaping services are performed by trained, insured professionals using appropriate equipment and techniques. Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from completion — if you identify an issue directly attributable to our service within this period, we will return to rectify it at no additional charge. Plant establishment guarantee covers trees, shrubs and perennials planted by Torfela for 90 days, subject to client adherence to provided aftercare instructions including watering and protection from damage. Guarantee excludes losses caused by extreme weather, pest or disease outbreaks beyond reasonable prevention, vandalism, or client interference with planted areas. Payment terms: deposits of 25% required for design and landscaping projects over £500; balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major debit cards. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice incur no charge; late cancellations may attract a call-out fee of £25. All prices quoted are valid for 30 days and include VAT where applicable. Insurance: Torfela holds public liability insurance up to £2,000,000. Copies of certificates available on request. These conditions apply to all services booked in 2026.
